Hi everyone!

I am applying for a grant to start a not for profit business and I need help.

The not for profit is to support young families and I personally believe we can make a really positive contribution to New Zealand.

To support the grant application, I need to do a bit of research. If you could take 5 minutes to answer these questions I would be extremely grateful! All your responses are completely anonymous.

I can't go into too much detail without unfairly biasing the results of the survey but you will find out a bit more at the end of the survey.
