Hello, I’m young soon to be mother and I have a really big problem. My morning sickness is really severe and I don’t know what to do. I’ve already consulted with my doctor and she said that it’s normal and I don’t have to worry. But that problem is that I can’t do almost anything because of my morning sickness. I really would like to stick with natural remedies and I found an article about it, but I wonder if it works. Also, I searched about other remedies that I found in this article, but still not sure if they are okay. Maybe someone from also have or had severe morning sickness and could share your experience with me. Like what kind of remedies you used or maybe you tried some of that were mentioned in articles.

Morning sickness is quite common during pregnancy.Drink lots of water to keep yourself hydrated. Drinking peppermint tea can help. Keep some dry crackers to snack on.

I had severe morning sickness too with my second pregnancy, and I was only able to tolerate crackers and water. I can barely do anything, but just lie down and rest. Try reading this: Tips on how to deal with Morning Sickness.
