Hey ladies....

So I'm 39+2 atm and have my wedding in Dec 12 ...I purchased my size 10 dress prior to becoming preggers and have my fitting in Sept 12.....I'm currently a 16. Although I put on 19.2kgs I need any advise for safely getting rid of that 19.2 maybe plus some as i was a bit over weight to start off with

I know that breastfeeding helps and I shouldn't exert myself but if anyone has any ideas that would be awesome.

Cheers in advance

If you live in or close to a town walk EVERYWHERE.
It worked wonders for me and as a plus DS loved sleeping in the pram

I second what SethsMama said.
I walk daily and it definitely helped.
I only gained 7kg during both of my pregnancies, but I lost about 15kg after each within a couple of months. 5kg dropped straight after birth, and a further 10 by 2 hourly BF'ing (and not a lot of sleep )
I walk about 5km a day (in bursts - we live 10 mins walk from kindy). It keeps the jiggly bits at bay

Totally agree with everyone else, walk as much as you can and eat healthy and drink lots of water.

Youtube has some great postnatal workouts! Some are of varying lengths like 10 minutes, which is great with having a newborn. You just have to do a search.

Basically, healthy eating, toning exercises and cardio e.g. walking will help help you get back in shape.
