Hi everyone,
Would appreciate any advice please.

I'm 7 weeks pregnant and have been feeling really nauseous for last few weeks, but wasn't being sick (Thankfully)...

I was drinking complain every morning, however twice now I have been sick after having milk... I wonder if I'm developing an aversion to it? And today I've gotten to the point where I'm feeling really hungry, feeling very nauseous, but the thought & smell of food is making me want to be sick.... does anyone have any suggestions? I feel like I'm going a tad crazy... :(

Sounds like just nasty old morning sickness, I was at my worse point at 7 weeks with both girls.
Try to eat whatever you think you can stomach, it's different for everyone. If you can handle gingernuts or anything with ginger that can help settle your tum. Do your best not to get hungry as an empty tummy makes MS feel so much worse.

Try and keep having small meals so you don't get to the point of being really hungry cos then you end up feeling worse and not wanting to eat! I found fruit like grapes, apples and nectarines were really good. Make sure you keep a supply of snacks as well when out and about.

Small meals constantly made me feel a little better. It's one of those things where you really just need to go with the flow. Congrats by the way
