Yes, it seems to be quite common. My mw hasn't mentioned that I will have any issues, fingers crossed!

Mine is retroverted too. I also have a bigger kidney than normal and when I got pregnant with DD1, my uterus was stuck between my kidney and spine which caused incredible back pain as it expanded around 5-6 weeks until it slipped out of the gap. They thought it was an ectopic, so I had a scan and they figured out the problem.

ETA other than that, no problems

Same, no issues here, just maybe a little harder pressing on the belly for dating scan

Nope, no issues for me. I was told (can't remember who by) that it repositions itself at about 13 weeks.
