I'm just about to wean myself off aspirin (scary stuff!) and wanted to swap it with a good fish oil (which thins the blood also, so I haven't been able to take both)

Just wondered what anyone could recommend ?

Huge thanks!

I use the liquid one you can get in health shops. It apparently tastes like 'tropical punch'.... It tastes like crap lol but at least it isn't fishy. It has a much higher concentration of omega 3 and dha, both very good for babies developing brain

I take the Nordic Naturals prenatal DHA. It's really good quality fish oil so you don't need to worry about heavy metals like you do with the cheap fish oils. It is expensive though. I get it at Health 2000.

Fish oils are rich in essential omega-3 fatty acids, which the body requires but cannot produce. Eating oily fish at least twice a week, the American Heart Association (AHA) recommends.

I take the Nordic Naturals, Baby's DHA with Vitamin D3, 2 fl oz (60 ml) which is very good for babies developing brain & health.
If you use this you do not need to provide babies extra meals. I found this fish oil from iherb.com. You can also get yours from here.
This is such a great online service portal. You can try fish oil from there.

Also I have enjoyed discount here by using this coupon code VOH752. They provides $10 discount by ordering $40 or more.

I use to take omega 3 during my pregnancy. As it is the adequate intake of Omega 3 fats is essential to maintaining the balanced production of the hormone
