How exciting!!
The Grandad/Grandma brag book are a great idea!
There are personalised mugs in some shops aren't there? Like 'Best Aunt, Best Grandma' etc, maybe Paper Plus or those nick nack/gift type shops.
Or what about places like Snapfish? They do all kinds of personalised items like mugs, teddy bears, key rings etc. Photo shops like Kodak in the malls and Kmart, Harvey Norman do those kinds of things too.
Or you could get a onsie and have it embroidered? I got some bath robes embroidered for my wedding and it was really cheap and looked awesome.
All the best!

identity direct may have something u can get printed - they do cups to xmas ornament to books - maybe get a kids book personalised from the baby for your parents to keep at their house. If its their 1st grandchild - a toy bin is a good idea.
All the best

If you're after something easy, baby factory have cute bibs with things like 'I love my Grandma' etc etc - they're only a few dollars each. Great idea - enjoy!!!

With DS2, we told our parents right around mothers day. We gave them each a nice photo frame and inside the frame I printed a piece of paper to fit the size which said, Photo due Jan 2010. It didn't take them long to figure out what that meant .
Good luck..it so fun announcing to everyone!

Haha this topic reminded me of when we announced I was pregnant with our first...it was a family get together so we were all gathered for some group photos and as DH was taking them he kept saying things like "everyone say cheese!" until the last photo when he said "everyone say L is pregnant!". The photo ended up being of me looking normal smiling for the camera and everyone else with surprised/confused looks on their faces...
