Last pregnancy I did yoga at QE2 which is no longer Can anyone recommend somewhere else to do it, I live on the east side I dont mind travelling but somewhere not too far away would be good and it must be an evening class.
Aotea Yoga is about to start pregnancy yoga I saw on her facebook page.
I don't think there are any classes scheduled yet but you can register your interest.

I'm currently doing pregnancy yoga with Sanctuary Health, which is really good. (www.sanctuaryhealth.co.nz). I think there's a new term starting in October. Maybe a bit far for you though - it's in Spreydon.
