Im trying to remember from last time i was there, but its bugging me, on the day you go home from birthcare, is there some sort of time that you have to be out, or is it just when you and baby are ready?

I think they say 10 or 11 am (it is somewhere on their website) but in saying that we werent rushed out and left about 1130ish. That was in a shared room may be different if you are in a private room. I guess it also depends on if they busy and if new arrivals are expected...
