It's me that's not sleeping
DS is currently in a sleeping through phase - which is great, but I'm now not sleeping through - oh the irony.
I remember not sleeping well when pg with DS, but that was at the other end, 30+ weeks. I'm only 19 wks.
Earlier on I was having an afternoon/early evening nap because I was so tired, and I was blaming that for my early morning wakeups. Now I've been avoiding naps and even going to bed a bit later, but I'm still waking up around 4 / 4:30 am and can't get back to sleep (until 5 min before my alarm goes off).

I had that problem for a while.

Only things I can suggest trying are,

Have something to eat, like a banana or piece of toast so you are not hungry, and also a drink.

Try rescue remedy.

And avoid looking at the clock from when you go to bed to when the alarm goes off. That way you won't be thinking about how much time you have left to sleep and should be easier to drift off again.

I'm not sleeping well either, blaming it on my asthma playing up causing me to have coughing fits during the night, then can't get back to sleep! My DD is also going thru a sleeping-thru phase (well except last two nights) so I feel your pain in that respect

I'm 19wks too tomorrow, are you due in May? come join the May thread if you are
DD 4yrs
DS 2yrs

You could get your iron checked. Low iron levels can disrupt sleep AND make you tired.
