When my bottom number hit 90 I was admitted (but I also had swelling and traces if protein). At 100 they were checking my BP more often (instead if 4 hourly). At 105 I was put on BP medication. When my bottom number hit 120 I wasn't allowed to take the cuff off, was literally pumped up as soon as it finished, and they were shoving a lot of drugs into me awfully fast

and a LOT of people were in my room all of a sudden
If you have any concerns don't hesitate to ring your midwife, any more swelling, any sudden swelling, if your swelling is worse in the morning than it is at night, if you push your finger into your swelling and it stays there for a long time.....
Any headaches, starry vision, black spots in your vision your midwife should be told about immediately...
Well, thats the rules I was told about

But if your worried at any point, don't be afraid to ring your midwife, and ask her to check you out!
