Hiya,
Does anyone know if any pregnancy yoga classes or similar in Lower Hutt? I haven't come up with anything yet, but am confident there must be. Any assistance appreciated.

I don't know of a yoga class, but there is a class held every Wednesday morning at the Hutt Hospital, its a pre-natal stretch class taken by the Hospital physio. I found it great way to keep active and also learnt a lot of helpful tips and tricks.
From memory, I think the class is from 9.30 - 10.30, right next door to the Plunket Car Rental area.
