I was thinking I should make a sticker chart for Ruby for things (she is well behaved but let's keep that up!) .... plus she is scared of the potty/toilet so once she is used to the idea of a sticker chart we can add that on there too.

What sort of stuff do you guys have on your charts? What age did you start using it? What rewards do your kids get?

I was reading one article and one Mum had a "treasure chest" for 10 stickers in a category full of stuff from the $2 shop that they could pick something from which seemed like a good idea.

Pick objective goals -like 'doing wees on the potty' not subjective goals like 'good behaviour' cos her idea of being good can be different from what you might reward for, which might be diff from what your DH might think is good behaviuor etc.
Keep the ammt of steps to a reward achievable. 5 is a good start.
A reward of spending time going to the park, feeding the ducks etc is good at this age, and cheaper!
