we have been talking about it for ages...and bubba agrees that she will give up the sippy cup - not too hard a fight really....she drinks her milk out of one morning and night...otherwise its plastic glasses and cups - so easy enough....its just to replace these two drinks in the day really....

but i dont want milk spilt all over the place....so options for a non spill non sippy cup??? or one with some sort of a top that doesnt come off - she is the child who can undo anything! even her pamol!

we did get two wee dinkie drinkys (with straws) and those are ok and a good size....but wanted to know if there are any other options people can recommend...pretty please...

(and btw - recommendations for sippy cups from here - cheap 2-3 pack ones with lids from baby factory have lasted a year and could keep on going!!! awesome sippys and little spill!)

i would just get rid of sippy cups completely... just give her a small amount of milk in the bottom of the cup and make sure she sits still while drinking. eden drinks out of normal cups and we dont have an issue unless she is bored of it then it gets spilt. so small drinks only here.

yeah trouble is she drinks a full sippy cup morning and night and as we upstairs (kitchen down) I am not running back and forth for a small cup! She will drink it all in one go too....so know that I will be filling it often if i only give her a small one...

I have started giving her those small resin type cups - which is fine for all bar flavoured milk...in case she spills....and a full cup will make a hang of a mess....surely there must be some in between typeeone???

Watties baby basics does a handled cup with several screw on lids - one has a couple of holes in it to drink through, but if it drops you have a little leeway before it spills everywhere. I'm fairly certain you can get screw-cap cups without handles too, with the same type of lid. Try Baby factory or baby city if that's what you're looking for.
