Heard this idea & thought wicked....
Take your child to a toy store and take a picture of them with something that they really want. Print the picture to A4 and cut into small square pieces so as to create a kind of jigsaw puzzle. Whenever your
child does something they are asked to do or maybe they just do something nice with out you asking, they get a piece of the puzzle. Stick this piece onto a sheet of cardboard (make sure you have spare copy of the picture so you know where the bits go). However, if they are naughty, don't take a piece back, leave it on the board. Once the puzzle has been completed, your child gets whatever it was they had their picture taken with as the reward.
