Hi there

I am looking for a daily report form to print and make a book out of for my little girl to get my carer to fill out for her.

It needs to have meal times, what she ate, how much, nap times. bottle times, nappy changes etc.

Does anyone have a nice one to share?

Do you know anyone who uses a Porse carer? The kids I nannied for (ages ago) had a Porse nanny before me and I carried on using their journal ... it was great! It's set out really well and all fits on one page.

If you know what you want it to say you could make one up yourself in Word and print/photocopy and bind it?

I still use the following headers when caring for kids -

Date
Notes from parents
Mediciations etc
Sleep times (down/up/notes)
Meals (when, what and how much, including bottles)
Nappies (wet/dirty)
Activities
Books read
Overview/general comments (eg re behaviour, fun things that the kids really enjoyed)
