Topic: Eden got weighed! Posted: 25 January 2010 at 1:19pm |
For the first time in ages Plunket weighed Eden. She came to a staggering 9.9 kg and 79 cms. I looked at the boys books and they were both into double digits by this time and almost 10 cms taller. Wonder if its just a sex thing.
The plunket lady was very taken with her though.
it wasnt till she had left that i realised how dirty the kitchen was!

Aww what a wee dot she is - a little pocket rocket I bet
Oh and the last time our Karitane Nurse came here, I couldn't work out what the foul smell in the lounge was - turns out DH stashed a used pooey nappy next to the armchair (she was sitting in) and promptly forgot about it
But I've never really liked her anyway
OT but I've always wondered what your Profile pic is Bizzy - just worked it out - beautiful pic anyway!

fiona she is 22 months - 2 in march.
four eyes i suppose so - i dont follow percentiles myself. the boys were bigger at this age, but their dad is a tall skinny guy so i was hoping they would follow his body type as opposed to mine!

what a gorgeous wee poppet! DD is 10.5 months, and I weighed her this morning at 11kg... no wonder she fits size 2 t-shirts!

My little piglet was weighed this morning and is 5.8KG at 7 weeks old. And looking back, Sam was 5.7KG at 5 weeks old, so I think I breed big boys! The plunket nurse repeatedly told me he was GINORMOUS. Sam will be 3 in May and is at least 18KG.

Awww a cute wee poppet!
I weighed Hannah the other day, she was 10.6kg and roughly 80cms according to her wall chart.
The best part is their clothes last for ages

My Charly is only 11kgs and about 80cm (and 3 ina few weeks) so small, but holy sh*t does she make up for it in noise, bossiness, temper and general persoality! We call her the pocket rocket, too, or the tiny tyrant (poor jake gets a bash daily)

Sheesh I never think of Hayden being big but he's 14kgs and 105cm at 18mths and yep the biggest pain is that his clothes last about 2mths and then the arms / legs are too short!!

My skinny thing was 9.7kg & 83cm at 18 months...she was wearing her size 2 skirts when she was 4... same fit, guess she filled out the nappy space
My boy at the same age as his sister was 3cm shorter but 500gm fatter!

I am slowly starting to accept that JJ will always be a runt. He's 9.4kg at 16 months old. He's 80cm tall, so that puts him on the 50th for height and 15th for weight.
I don't mind except for the ribs and skinny arms!

I have wee girls too. Maddi is only just 10kg (even with her chunky legs!) I cant remember exactly how tall she was she is short (just like mummy).
Keira not huge either, been hovering around the 15kg mark for ever and has just hit the 1m mark.
The clothes situation is fantastic, between the 2 girls we are getting about 4 years worth of wear from each thing

Bizzy: I think Emily will probably be about the same, if I ever hear from plunket for her next check. She'll be 2 in 3 weeks.
mamapickle and Daizy: yep, definitely agree with you there on the clothes situation - i hardly ever have to buy new clothes. Last season's stuff is still getting a lot of wear this time round LOL
