I'm sure it must be near on 100 times a day that Kryssi (2yrs) will ask me for the next meal. Today I was asked for morning tea as soon as she had washed up from breakfast!! The last hour before every meal just seems to really drag for her, particularly in the afternoons (after having a sleep). Anyone with me here? Oh, and I am talking 5 meals per day not just 3, at set times too.

Yep totally the same here, except its *cue winey annoying toddler tone* "Im hungeee Mumma"!
Isla is not as bad in the mornings either, but afternoons she wants to constantly eat. She isnt as bad on the days she is in daycare in the morning cos she eats a big cooked meal there for lunch (that i take for her). The mornings she is at home she wont eat a big lunch and then grazes all afternoon.

Spencer goes to the kitchen and bangs on the larder door or hand gestures at the fruit bowl. If I go near the kitchen he thinks he can have food. Oh and he also climbs into his highchair. Not big on actually talking though.
I think sometimes when we are home it is more a boredom thing, although when out he does quite often go and gesture at the nappy bag as he knows there is normally food in there.

AT coffee group TOm would eat constantly.  In fact I have wondered about giving him all the food he can fit in one day just to see what happens. I imagine the novelty would wear off.

I had that so now I fill her lunchbox up even if we are staying home, and when she is hungry she gets her own snack, normally last till late afternoon and then dinner is just about ready....Leah is a grazer and this is the only way of me keeping sane!!

Yep, I get this all day.

'more marmite toes' and 'moosy bar' and 'bikky and yoyyees' even if he hasn't had lollies for weeks he will still point to the bowl on top of the fridge where I normally put them.

And If I give him something, usually he doesn't eat it all so after a looong time I will take the plate from his table and he will run after me screaming 'NOOOOO, more sammich!!'

Yep, I get it all morning too. Hes not so bad in the afternoon - unless hes been in daycare - then he wants to eat from the moment he gets home til dinner time. I just give him an early then late morning tea if he wants food soon after breakfast.
