needing some inspiration for lunch ideas for Ella. She normally has something cooked for lunch and then a piece of fruit and either a small sandwich or some yoghurt....but I am running out of ideas for what to cook her.

So...what do your toddlers normally eat for lunch?

I sometimes make macaroni cheese and then freeze it in separate meal portions. Often an egg and some toast. Sometimes spaghetti or some baked beans, sandwiches, fruit and yoghurt. Cheese on toast. I'll look forward to other peoples ideas too.

ella eats at DC but they send home the report....usually one of:
Spaghetti, mince, pasta
and veges
or casual one of luncheon or little sausages and veges

followed by fruit and sammies or fruit and crackers for afternoon tea. Ella loves those crackers with cheese to dip in too.

At home we do anything...yoghurt, custard and jelly, fish pieces, nuggets, roast dinners, pizza, mince pie, rice, noodles, sandwiches etc.

Every time we have a full on cooked meal we do 2-3 meals to freeze for her...eg tonight we had chicken meatballs veges and potato...so her frozen dinners have 2- 3 meatballs and veges etc in it

Blair often has fish fingers, or sizzlers, and has just started having toasted sandwiches, as well as fruit, crackers or rice wheels, sometimes omlette, or leftovers, spaghetti, baked beans, or if I've made thick chunky soup
