Ah, we had this problem. Still do sometimes, but what we tried was using Huggies and putting him in a button under singlet.
Also, maybe try restricting how much he has to drink before bed, perhaps for the hour and half before he goes down.
Good luck! Its such a pain having to change all the bedding every day
ETA: also, try getting the nappies in a larger size than you'd normally need. They will be bigger, and more absorbent.

Get a pair of longies, they are like woolen PJ pants but have been lanolised so should keept the wees in. The best part is the lanolin neutralises the wees so you don't have to wash them every day.

joshierocks - yah was already puttign him in those singlets. I did try him in the drynits for 4 yrs last night but no still wet. As for the drinking ...we stopped giving him water 2 hrs before bed and he just has bottle now before bed and that is it
rachandjack - where do you get those 'longies'?

I'm not sure the drynites are all that absorbent. They are for kiddies who are daytime toilet trained, so they actually let the kiddies feel the wetness more than a proper nappy.
I may be wrong tho.....
