Welli may be condemming my laissez faire parenting style but here goes....
...I had some lovely cherries in my fruit bowl the other day, which I had always thought was well out of Fay's reach but she managed to climb up and get to the cherries which she loves. No problems, the juice came out of the carpet sort of, but I could not and still can't find any evidence of the stones, she must have swallowed them and I have been waiting for the obvious outcome in her nappy, but I have not seen anything ressembling a cherry pit. Neil says he hasn't either but I'm pretty sure he does dirty nappies with his eyes closed so not relying on his observation.
So if they haven't come out will they do her any harm? Where could they be hiding? I don't want her to have appendicitis and then be referred to CYFS for letting her eat that many stones without supervision. She is still her normal bossy cheeky self, so not suffering for her cherry scrumping

BTW fruit bowl is now on a very high shelf

She'll be fine I'm sure!

Hannah has eaten many a cherry stone (and olive stone) and is still around to tell the tale! I think they are small enough that it isn't too difficult to pass them

But hehehehe at your mischievous little girl! Watch out for those ones, they are SNEAKY!

When I was a little girl I used to think if i swallowed a plum stone a tree would grow inside me.
I always swallow the cherry stone I think it must get absorbed or broken down by gastric juices.

That's the other thing i don't want cherry branches growing out of her orifices.

I do love her mischevious independent nature, that she thought and planned out how she could get at her favourite fruit. And the fact that she idnored the chocolates that were left over from Xmas that were next to the bowl

Cherry stones are indigestible so she'll have to poo them out at some point - keep checking
BTW they won't cause her harm but may be a bit uncomfortable coming out

hehehe what a little mischief. I love it. I think Zoe and Fay would get on like a house on fire. Zoe is always looking for ways to reach her fav food.
Cherries and Blueberries are her fav. She screamed her head off today because she spotted them in the fruit section.
