distraction...
pick one feed and start there first. and be consistent. dont give in sometimes cause its easier or he will get mixed messages.
i found with toby (who i only stopped feeding a couple of months ago and hes 2) that as busymum said if i got up and gave him breakfast instead he didnt seem to mind, but if i lay in bed - where we had cuddles and a feed - that was his signal and he would go on about having a feed incl having a tantie if i tried saying no.
Of course i had the added motivation of being pregnant and bf was getting painful.
The other thing i found helpful was putting limits and boundaries in place so it wasnt always about him. This was before i gave up. I tried to give up once but toby was just upset by the whole thing we tried boundaries instead. like only in certain places - bed - in the morning and if i was dressed then it was a no no.
Good luck, but only do it if you feel comfortable with it too.
