so much has happened in the last few weeks. I haven't been on here for quite a while as it was just too hard as I was really down about TTC but I will try to update you all in a short abbreviation of what I have been up to.......

Went back to gyne 2 weeks ago and she has agreed to put me on the wainting list for another Lap & dye (as I am convinced this is what helped me get pg the last time) so I am really happy. She said it should be within 6 mths but last time I got in relatively quickly. Then today DH and I went to our first appt at Fertility Associates in Hamilton to see if we qualify for any funding for IVF. I was really expecting them to just say NO flat out but surprise surprise WE DO QUALIFY!!!!! I am so excited. We don't start till Nov 09 but I just can't believe that we are going to get a chance to try it if we aren't pg by then I have been reading all the info all afternoon and my head is spinning and I really need to go to bed as have had a huge day and am working tomorrow but I just had to share this news.

Hope everyone is plodding on out there. Will try and get online tomorrow to catch up on everyones elses posts. Nitey Nite

Well just to add to my thread from last night the hospital rang me at work this morning and I have my 2nd Lap & Dye this tuesday. I am so stoked and can't believe how quick I got thru the system. Hopefully that will give me good clean out and then we have a good 9 mths to ttc before IVF in Nov.
Thanks noodle. How are you enjoying motherhood.? Its amazing aye. Hope the first month ran as smoothly as it could.

Kobec that is just awesome news, it is great when you finally feel like you are getting somewhere That is fab that you can have your lap & dye next week, and here's hoping for a lovely surprise BFP for you.

And yay for FA in Hamilton, we are off to see them on 10th of Feb, so hoping they can help us also somehow

I was a puree feeder, forward facing, cot sleeping, pram pushing kind of Mum... and my kids survived!

awesome kobec! i hope the lap and dye does the trick and you dont need the IVF, but its great to have it as a back up aye (thats what i found anyway )

Loving motherhood so much i cant believe how in love with my wee man i am, and yip the first month went great (just waaaay too fast lol) he is such a good wee boy so we are very lucky
