car seat/booster

my boy is one and tall he is also 14 half kg..............our car has just sh't itself and we can use the work van to urgently go somewhere but it wont take his car seat.............can he go in the booster? wat age or weight can they start to go in?

Here is the link to the one we just got, my boy is 14.5kgs and 93cm (tall for 20 months) ...Can't recommend this seat highly enough, its on special at the moment too and it breaks down to just a booster once they're big enough to go without the 5 point harness. Also one of the only seats on the market that goes up to 45kgs, most stop at 26-36.
