Yay! I'm so happy for you! Here's hoping in the meantime you make a baby without having the IVF! *I've heard a few stories where that has happened!*

Yay Noodle!! It's funny how your feelings end up being different to how you imagine they'll be when it comes down to it All the very best!!
Are you going through FA or F+?

Good - there really is nothing to the injections (at this point! I felt a bit weird yesterday and again today, but only a little bit, and it's probably because I had a late night anyway ).
We're with F+ and we've found them to be really lovely and caring at this point - Allan described them as being 'like a family who want to make you a family' which I thought was a nice way of putting it.
The Dr/specialist we had was a bit vague - as in, he asked us whether we were having IVF, whether it was the usual or ICSI, what the problems were (methinks he didn't read our notes ) ... but the nurses were onto it!
We met with the Dr, then the counsellor, then a nurse, then the ... crap. Person who mixes up the babies Embryologist (sp?)! Ha! That's it!

Yaay Noodle - I hope it all goes well and you have your bubba soon!
I'm with F+ too (for IUI) they're lovely, tho they seem a bit disorganised at times!

Thanks heaps everyone!
Glad injections are going ok ginger well done you be proud hun! Yea i have found them really good aswell so far they are very caring which as nice, awww i like allan's description of them its lovely
that is a bit weird about the specilist imagine how much easier his job would be if he actually read the couples notes! i wonder if he though of that yet? LOL
I think we are meeting with all those people on our orentation visit too. what sort of things do the counsellors ask?
yea catie i have had one nurse on the phone that gave me a bit of the run around and didn't seem to know what she was doing, i had never spoken to her before tho so she might just be new or filling in but i have found all the other nurses fab

But just think, by the time you get to the IVF stage you'll know all the technical terms so you spouting off "problems" will be easier than reading doctors' handwriting!
Yay Lana that really is quite exciting - 3 hours wow
