Topic: whats going on? Posted: 28 May 2011 at 3:40am |
So after the longest time I got a BFP! But now I am worrying just a teency bit.... I had what I am guessing was implantation bleeding at day 26 for a couple of days (really just afternoons was weird) and now I have woken up and I am bleeding again. I have been to the loo 3 times first 2 it was just like old blood same as implantation blood then third time there was a clear fluidy substance there too. I am around 6 weeks and have had worse ms this time than first have done way to many tests which have all been a real bright positive but no bloods as Doc didn't see the point as I had all my antibodies checked for FA not so long ago. I have no other symptoms of pregnancy other than a bit of cramping every so often and no other signs of an imminent mc.

Hey heather, Susie from Sept 08 forum here (i have changed my user name)- didn't want to read and run - bug congratulations on your pregnancy and huge sticky vibes coming your way.
I cant really answer your question, other than to say that my pregnancy with DD1 was absolutley nothing like my pregnancy with DD2 (DD2 was much harder).

Thanks Susie.. I so already notice the difference. I knew a lot sooner this time and and am so suffering with ms which is something I didn't really get with Alex.
Well on the OT there is no blood there this morning so am guessing I am just going to have a spotty pregnancy. Have a scan form coming in the mail so will just carry on until then and hopefully not worry too much esp as the boy and I have a big week this week.

OMG YAY Heather!!! Big congrats & lots of sticky vibes, Im SOOOOOOOOOOOO thrilled 4 u!
I had the same kind of happenings when i was pregnant with jade, took till about 11weeks to sort itself out, & she was all good!
If your still concerned on monday, go back 2 ur dr! cos least its free when ur under maternity care, (so make the most of it) & get things checked out if it puts ur mind at rest!
Ohhh, im so happy 4 u & Beau & Alex.
All the best.

Hey Heather, I had spotting for about 3 weeks with this pregnancy, I found it so stressful as I had a mc before conceiving DD. Everything was fine on the scan and so far so good. I was lucky and my mw faxed a form to the scan place where I made the appointment so got to have my scan ASAP, I think your mw is mean posting it and making you wait

lol Birdie... I haven't actually spoken to her as she is off this weekend and had posted the form before all my worry. If I can be bothered I will ring her on Monday when but think I will just wait til I see her on Friday as DS and I are heading off to New Plymouth tomorrow to see DH when he gets off the chopper from work. Haven't seen him for 3 weeks so we haven't seen each other since we made the new baby Of course that could all change if things change with me but we are all good I think.

Congrats on the pregnancy after a while trying.
I know a lot of friends who had spotting on an off during pregnancies and all had babies ok.
I miscarried one bub before ds1 and there was a lot of blood - i had no illusions that it wasn't over.
FX for you!
