I really don't want to have to get my car seat put in by someone I have to pay. Does anyone know where to ind the anchor belt point in a mazda familia 1997 hatch back?
Its not hard to put in, I just need to find the point to anchor it to.

DH says they are normally in the rear parcel tray or if you have a stationwagon (don't have a rear parcel tray) they go on the floor behind the rear seats.

I assume yours is on the floor behind the rear seats. I think you can buy them and install them yourself if yours doesn't have one.

We have a 1976 cholden so we will be installing one ourselves (I mean DH will while I supervise).

Good luck!!

Rather than hunting around for it, give Mazda a call and ask them if your car has an anchor bolt. We have a 96 Mitsubishi Legnum and it doesn't have anchor bolts.

You could also try Plunket - they may know. We took our carseat into Plunket on Shakespear Road, Milford and helped us install it. They were really knowledgeable.

Safe-to-go also install seats so they maybe able to help too.

Um, Anchor point? I thought you just belted them in. Oh dear, I have a lot to learn.
