I just went on to trade me to look at clothes for Michaela and realised that I can no longer shop in the baby section she's too big now.

Also my MIL has been shopping and spent a bundle at PP on Michaela in the last few days and my DH decribed one of the dresses as a slapper outfit more proof that she's getting too old.

Anyone got a brick so I can stunt her growth??

Re: the slapper outfit remark made by DH, isn't it just appalling; some of the clothes they sell for young girls these days?

Then they rave on in the media how girls are getting involved with males at a younger age, early puberty (blame processed foods for that) & teenage pregnancy/stds ....hello it's partly the media's fault in the first place ...kids only follow what they see, hear and read in the media.

I absolutely adore some of the little girls clothing they have nowadays, boys stuff gets very boring after a while. But heck if I EVER have a girl, hell theres no way I'm putting her in a mini skirt!

That's exactly what it is, a tartan mini with a thick leather belt. We're going to exchange it for a new pair of jeans today.

MIL bought her a cute mini dress from PP at Christmas time, not something I would have bought but, I team it with a pair of leggings for modesty and it's quite cute (it looks like something minnie mouse would wear).

It's a bit hard when you get these sort of things as gifts but DH and MIL have a VERY honest and open relationship so no doubt he's told her that it's being exchanged (she got an exchange card so she was prepared for it).
