My little clever clogs ate something she shouldn't have today, and was given activated charcoal to try to neutralise the poison. Poor darling hated having it syringed down her throat, but it went in, mostly.

Question is, what now? She didn't puke and seems fine, but I am dreading her next dirty nappy! Will it give her diarrhoea or constipation? Will it stain her nappies beyond saving?

Has anyone had any experience with it?

Oh no, poor honey! I don't know the answer, but had to chime in to say that I'm sorry the little monkey's been up to mischief, and that I hope she's feeling OK now.

Thanks ladies - yeah, she seems happy as a clam now. Wasn't much fun at the time though.

I thought that might be the case Kellz. I won't use sposies because she'll get a dreadful rash, but I'll put her in snap-in-ones with microfleece liners and hopefully I can throw the liner out and if need be I'll biff the snap-in inserts too and spend the $11 on new ones - even if I have to do that for 2 nappies, thats about the same as a pack of sposies
