Yep I had that too even tho I was drinking lots of water. Your blood volume increases by like 40% when your preg so your body needs heaps more fluid than usual!
It gets worse when u first start breast feeding too!

ETA- Excessive thrist can also be a sympton of diabetes, so if you are concerned, check with your LMC.

I have moments like this, but not ALL the time. I think I forget to drink then I get dehydrated & get really thirty & can't seem to quench it. I don't know if it's a good or bad thing if you feel like that all the time though.

Silly question, but what are you drinking? I guess it's water? I'm a bit naughty & will drink anything other than water first, then drink water when I'm really thirsty.

I guess if you're already drinking lots of fluids & still feeling thirsty, it's a bit strange huh? I have always hated having a "hot" mouth, so have always drunk lots, but I seem to drink even more these days.
