They are pretty good, could be why Ive stuck with them for over 6yrs.
They have their moments I must admit but I much rather dealing with them than SKY lol
We find everytime we ahve a problem they always fix it almost immediately.

I'm on the 'Telecom is ok' bandwagon too. I posted a therad about it recently, they were great when the idiot roadworks men severed the cables and left us with no phone (or internet ) for 24 hours they diverted the line to my mobile free of charge and gave me a credit on my account.

Well after a shaky start Telecome yes Telecom have proved themselves. When we orginally rang they told us we would have to allow 3 working days to get the phone changed over to our new house.

Anyway DH rang yesterday and changed the name over (it was in a friends name) and asked for our mobile and home bill to be consolidated and also asked for our phone to be changed to our new house. The guy was very helpful and it was all sorted extremely quickly. The new phone was connected in two hours and they also allowed us to keep the phone on in this house until tonight! The only bugger was we had to change numbers, but he found us an easy one.
