I never had this in my birth kit. From what I can understand Caulophyllum is the homeopathic version of Blue Cohosh and is pereferred as Blue Cohosh can bring on too strong contractions
Also chamomilla to help in transition.
Rescue remedy was and is still something I use everyday. It was great during labour, I just made a dilution up in my water bottle and chugged it throughout, helped my husband out as well
Arnica was great to take to assist healing and bruising, I would have taken this prior to labour but Fay didn't give me chance to do this arriving 5 weeks early

I also drink a few cups of Red Raspberry tea each day too, not a big fan of it, but have gotten used to it a bit more.
Also I have been doing a lot of research into using aromatherapy in labour and have two blends all made up and ready to go. First one for the early stages of labour is Lavender, clary sage and bergamot. The blend will help keep you calm and get your contractions established, and then once in active labour I will be using a blend of Sandalwood and Lavender. Sandalwood is a very strengthing oil and will give you courage (yay) and lavender is the balancer and calming oil.
Essenital oils can be dangerous if not used correctly so I would recommend you have a chat to your MW and/or an aromatherapist before you go out and spend millions on buying them all
