I have been eating cream cheese. I think it is the soft cheeses like brie that are a problem because of the bacteria that is in them. A local cheesemonger here (who is a total expert in cheese) told me to avoid the bries and camembert but that most of the unpastuerised ones they sell would be ok! so there are lots of theories.....if you have been eating it all along and havent got sick dont worry.

Is cream cheese spread a soft cheese in the way that brie and blue cheese are? Help!
