DF wont even allow one on our bed because of the fires hes seen caused by them from not properly storing them or sleeping while they are on.<br />I also had a client who slept with hers on and has 3rd degree burns over her body.<br />so other than those risks and the risk of overheating i wouldnt reocmend sleeping with one on.<br /><br />I was told to try not to overheat throughout the whole pregnancy where possible.]]>

So if you're not supposed to leave your electric blanket on, you could put it on to warm it up and if you're still cold then have wheat bags too.<br /><br />Lol @ the 6 children comment!!]]>

We only use a sheet and the Duvet and its toasty and warm - even in winter. They are a great investment!!!! <br /><br />P.S I live in chilly Dunedin too!]]>
