Following on from Emma I thought I would share my own great service I have received.

I am of the larger breast variety and was struggling to find anywhere that stocked my size. I stumbled across Breastmates and they do the larger sizes so I placed an order for 2 bras and a number of other things last week. Today I got an email forwarded to me offering 5% off my total order so I emailed them to see if they would refund the difference, knowing and thinking I was being a bit cheaky. Well she has come back and confirmed she will refund the difference which she in no way needed to do!
