cous cous is good for lots of things like that, sun dried tomatoes chopped up, grated cheese, other veges and meat. mmm pie

I ended up making cous cous with bits of feta, tomato, grated courette and corned beef pieces. Mum makes a pie with corned beef and chicken, basically just those two things plus a can of chopped tomatoes, some branston pickle and some onion in a pastry case.
