I get so bad i can hardly sleep at night too i'm tried croughing excercises or holding on to things and kneeling holding it a still position while my partner rubs my back and thighs its just basically all to do with the weight of the baby but my midwife suggested magnesium sulphate i haven't had the time to go get it so i don't know what it is like plus i don't think i would need now coming close to giving birth hope my advice helps also walking does the trick.]]>
