Yep i used EPO. Up the fufu from about 37weeks. Im pretty sure it helped with ripening my cervix. I only used it at night and with my granny undies on as its not the nicest.

Hi Becks,

I took evening primrose in this last pregnancy with Benjy after a friend told me she'd used it in her first pregnancy and had no tears.
I had no tears this time round (had a complicated tear first time) and recommended it to another first time preggy friend who had no tears either, in a 30 hour ventousse delivery.
Of course it might not all be down to the EPO but even if its coincidence it can't hurt either plus it can help ripen up the cervix for labour.

Oh, I took it up the fufu morning and night from 36 weeks.
