Of course, cigarettes are not healthy and they cause different diseases like lung cancer and mouth cancer. I am a healthcare care administrator and I work with doctors a d people by making them medical insurances. I can say the majority of people that are smoking have insured their lives because they also understand that smoking for a long period in life is very bad. I also had a medical education to get this job, so you can trust me when I say that this is very dangerous in long term. It is very sad, that a smoking person understands that smoking is bad only when something bad happens to him.
