Becks I'd put it down to needing a "day off". Spend as much time as you can relaxing, go to bed if you want (the best thing would be to lie down, not sit and watch the telly!) I had my BP checked, its 110/65 so its pretty normal so nothing really can be done. If they start really bugging you, I get them most nights at the moment (overtiredness) and I have this lotion stuff i rub into my temples that works a treat if you want some. I know I should knwo the answer to this but the past few days I have had a very sore head. I've taken panadol and been drinking a lot of water and still the damn thing won't go away. My MW is away at the moment and i'm not all that keen on her backup.
