Just thinking about reducing my hours of work and wondered what other parents find to be a good balance? I am doing around 26 hours a week and have a 3 year old and a 5 year old, I work mostly from home and do some evening work. I find I get pretty stressed with the routine and the two school drops offs, having basically no time for myself and the constant feeling of rushing. The 5 year old is at school and 3 year old will go to kindy everyday soon.
