Wow, that's an awful experience for her

Can't give my opinion on Wellington Hospital sorry, but there is, no way in hell I'm going back to Hutt Hospital after my birth experience and follow up there.

So I guess you can get good and bad everywhere and it's really unfortunate for those that have the bad ones.

Hi ladies, I am due in January 2016 and am planning to go to Wellington hospital. Is there anyone who would like to share their experiences at Wellington hospital?

Specifically how they found the nurses, service etc. I heard a horrifying story the other day about a friend of a friend who did not have a good experience at all there and it was all because she kept getting contradicted advice from the nurses that were on. She was in there for 7 days because of complications with baby not feeding very well and losing weight and she was made to feel like a failure, felt told off by the nurses, she said when she comes to have her second baby there is (and I quote) "No way in hell I am going back there". I felt really sad to hear this and just wondered how other ladies have felt there? :) I would hate for something like this to ruin my birth experience.
