I spoke to MW and also a Doctor I work with they both said that it can be a morning dip with the whole BP thing. When your BP drops it can have these effects. Did you find as the day went on you felt better. Better to let mw know this as well Hope you are feeling better soon.

I woke up early and had a normal morning (shower, b'fast, drove to work). When I arrived, I was feeling quite strange - I was weak, hot, out of breath, my heart felt like it was beating faster than normal and I had trouble catching my breath, I had to really try and focus my eyes too or things were a little blurry . I also ended up rushing to the loo twice with dhiarea
At the end, I had to go and have a quiet sit down and sip water for a little while until I felt better. That was this morning and I have felt fine since. I'm seeing my m/w tomorrow a/noon so I'll mention it but I wonder if this has happened to anyone else and what it could be. Should I be more worried? What do you guys think?
