you can buy the book hypnobirthing morgon method...I didnt do it religiously but has really good techniques in it. There are lots of coffee groups here on Oh Baby- just have a look out. Hi I am living in Auckland, Greenlane. For my first baby I didn't do antenatal classes or coffee groups and this time around I would love to have a coffee group.
Am also interested in trying out hypnobirthing classes.
Has anyone done hypnobirthing and recommend a place to do it, do coffee groups form out of these classes too?
