Have you tried CBD Oil? It's a perfect pain reliever for pregnant ladies. I used only the oil to avoid taking any drugs. You can check the review here payspi.org.

It couldnt hurt to call your midwife but normally, if your in labour you will know it. I have not had a baby but I work in the medical field. Yes labour can start like this. In fact some woman all they ever really get is lower back pain. It usually occurs if the baby is lying posteriorly (back to your back). I would all your. I am 40 weeks pregnant on Friday & Since 6am Yesterday morning I have been having lower back pain which has been coming & going the whole time.

I am just wondering if anyone's labour has started as lower back pain & progressed into full blown labour?
