Either way it's very sore and gives me a constant headache and makes me feel really tired by the afternoon and then I get cranky cause I'm tired (poor DH lol). Anyone know any good ways to make it feel better? I had DH try and massage it 3 times  yesterday, each time it made it feel nice for about 5 mins then went back to how it was. I'm willing to try almost anything so I can enjoy my sunday!]]>
