I'm not sure which, if any, are better for milk production though. Not sure how good the nursing tea is but I am drinking the preggie tea at the moment and at least it doesn't taste too bad <img border="0" src="https://www.ohbaby.co.nz/forum/smileys/smiley1.gif" border="0"> ]]>

Ingredients to look for (though most teas probably won't have all) are fenugreek, blessed thistle, aniseed, fennel, nettle, alfalfa, oatstraw, goats rue, red raspberry leaf etc.<br />]]>
