Well, I haven't actually tried the yoga one in this series, I just have the bellydancing one (which I REALLY recommend. But then, I always recommend bellydancing.) However, they have 2 other DVDS and one is yoga. I want to get it but it's just been shoved down the list of priorities



Also there is a yoga channel on youtube I now subscribe to and there is a pregnancy video, in 2 parts. I think the idea is that you use the moves but hold them longer. Anyway, I find that it's quite nice to do - as well as being instantly accessible!
