The email I got when I requested the toys said they would be sent early November so hearing that they will now be posted late November is annoying. I don't get why they didn't have them in stock at the start of the promotion when they only have a certain amount available anyway. I sent mine more than 9 weeks ago.
I think they haven't received them from the manufacturers yet.. no one has received any as far as I am aware. Maybe they are due to receive them at the end of November, and I guess they will be sent after that.

Just letting people know I rang Huggies this morning about the toy promotion, wondering when they were being sent out.
The guy said they "hoped" to have them by the end of November.
I asked him did that mean we would receive them before Christmas (I had planned on using them as Christmas presents) and he said "we hope so".
