Slight possiblitiy it affects conception.

THEN you look at top athletes like Adine Wilson (harper) who concieve and played up til4-5months preggars with her bubs no issues......

If in doubt give it a rest for a few months- I understand how hard that will be though- see if it helps!

Good luck!

I was told by my natural fertility specialist that as soon as I got pregnant I was to stop playing netball immediately but only because I have waited too long to get UTD and don't want to put that at risk for a game.

I guess you're FS will be able to tell you more...good luck.

Like i know that often body builders for example miss months of periods because of their diet and exercise regime.

I for one was exercising pretty hard out when I got preggers with Alex. I probably wasn't as fit as you because I hadn't been doing it as long but I would have been doing over 10 hrs a week.

Was doing some reading about excessive exercise; I like to keep active (have trained 10-15 hours/week regularly since 2005) but aside from a 3 month stint in 2007 i have always had regular cycles (just don't appear to ovulate according to pee-sticks and CM). Normal weight etc...

I did reduce training for 6 months of TTC (5-7 h/week) but found i needed to be able to have a focus on something other than my body clock [i was driving DH MAD - not to mention me!] so started again.

I did find this one article which sort-of explains 'stuff' but now i am convinced every run/bike is ruining my chances of a BFP.

http://infertility.about.com/od/researchandstudies/a/fertility_exercise.htm

i wondered whether anyone has been in a similar situation who could shed some light and good news)??
